Feline Fun Run

June 11 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am

Join us Saturday June 11th on the Pennsy Trail in Greenfield for the Feline Fun Run 5K! This event is the Eagle Scout project of Matthew Hentz, Troop 770, for the Hancock County Humane Society, to raise awareness of the shelter’s mission and help out while having fun. No entry fee, but a free-will donation for the Humane Society will be accepted at registration (cash, check, or card can be used for a donation; or bring something from our “Wish List”). This is an untimed event, and is open to runners, walkers, individuals, families or other groups. You can register from 7:30am-8:00am at the Depot Street Park, and you can start the course at 8:00am, at your own pace. Walker-friendly… just start no later than 8:20am and finish before 10am. The 5K course begins and ends at the park. No bibs, medals, or awards, just fun. Pets are allowed on the course if on a leash or restrained in a stroller (pets must be current on rabies vaccination). Start and finish at Depot Street Park (251 Depot St. in Greenfield). Parking is available in the parking lot at the corner of S. Pennsylvania St. and W. South St., and along Riley Ave. and in The Depot restaurant lot. Please do NOT park in the Co-Op parking area. Parking is also available along most streets and on US40. Come hit the trail with the Humane Society!
